My Story

My name is Kayra. For many years, I struggled with my weight. I tried different diets and workouts. Nothing worked for long. I felt stuck and frustrated.
One day, I decided to change how I looked at weight loss. Instead of quick fixes, I focused on small changes. I started eating better. I did simple exercises. I kept going, even when it was hard. Slowly, I lost 20 kilograms.
That’s why I created Weight Loss Turkey. I want to help others like me. Here, you’ll find tips, advice, and support to reach your weight loss goals.
